ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R, in Crime No.38 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police. 1/4

2. On perusal of C.D. file, it is seen that vehicle was also recovered and the accused was remanded and it is pending for verification of the owner of the above said vehicle. A specific allegation is made to the effect that at the time and date when the police intercepted lorry driver, they found 1⁄2 Unit of river sand. Because of the escape of the driver, he could not be secured so far. The vehicle was also without any Registration Number. The petitioner was released on anticipatory bail and directed him to cooperate enquiry. But, it appears that so far they have not appeared before the respondent. Let the investigation be completed within a month by summoning the petitioner and the other parties and the investigation be done in a proper manner.

3. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
