2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to wordy altercation between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, a criminal case has been registered.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, they have conducted an enquiry and closed the same as mistake of fact on 30.03.2024.
