ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD) No.12717 of 2020 the petition enquiry as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.
