ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the issue and allow both the groups to enter into the temple, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2016.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 11.07.2016 to settle the dispute between the parties and allow both the groups to enter into the temple to worship God, but the same was not considered by the respondents so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on 10.08.2015, the first respondent has passed an order with regard to same issue, wherein both parties (who are expected to create problems), appeared before the respondents and gave a statement that they would settle the issue amicably.
6.Under such circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2016 and to pass appropriate orders, in the light of the order dated 10.08.2015. As the function is scheduled to be held on 02.08.2016, the respondents are directed to consider the representation on or before 02.08.2016. 7.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No cots.
