O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent Police not harass the petitioner of the guise of enquiry except through due process of law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint against the petitioner's husband is that under the guise of promoting the business he borrowed a sum of Rs.37 lakhs. After that he failed. Hence, the complaint. During the course of enquiry, it is found that the petitioner's husband is in abroad. The petitioner appeared before the respondent police and gave undertaking that after her husband come down to India, they will settle the issue. The respondent police advised them to workout their remedy through civil process and closed the complaint.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional public Prosecutor, since the complaint itself has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration. The prayer sought for in this matter has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
