ORDER

The petitioner is the mother of the deceased. The deceased was working as Assistant in Nainarkovil Panchayat, Ramanathapuram District. It appears that the petitioner's son had a strained relationship with his wife. The petitioner's son passed away on 25.03.2017 while he was in service. The petitioner now wants disbursement of the terminal benefits and other benefits to her to the exclusion of her daughter in law. She also wants compassionate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appointment for her grand daughter. The grand daughter is presently around two years old. Therefore, the question of considering the grant of appointment on compassionate ground at this stage cannot arise. In any event, the petitioner ought to have made her daughter in law as a party to the proceedings. This Writ Petition suffers from the vice of non joinder of necessary parties. 2.Hence, on that sole ground, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
