PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 15.04.2025, passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4881 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5316 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4881 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5316 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly seven weeks.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4881 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5316 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal 2/4

District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, weekly once, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
