Mr.S.Prakash, Government Advocate (Crl Side) ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.5658 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 40 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No 5658 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri on hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
