PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondent No. 2 herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent no.3.

O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No. 2 herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent no.3.
2.There is money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Over which the complaint has been given. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the undertaking given by the petitioner the above said enquiry was closed. The parties were advised to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
