ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was working as a Record Clerk in an aided school. He went on voluntary retirement on 24.12.2006. The petitioner now seeks re-fixation of pay in terms of G.O.Ms.No.63, Finance (Salary Department) dated 26.02.2011. 3.This Court went through the contents of the said Government Order. By applying the said Government Order, Grade Pay was enhanced from 2000 to 2400 for certain category of posts. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Unfortunately, the post of Record Clerk was not referred to in the said Government Order. Since the post of Record Clerk was not granted benefit in terms of the said Government Order, the petitioner cannot ask for any relief. The petitioner has not made out a case for granting relief.

4.There is no merit in the writ petition, it stands dismissed. No costs.
