ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct second respondent to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2019 with regard to not to erection of wind mills and high tension line over his land in Survey No.342/1A, 342/3A at Gangaigondan Village, Tirunelveli District, within the stipulated time.

2.Heard Mr.D.Anbarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagavthi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.15987 of 2019 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
