Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the case in I.D.O.P.No.559 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai has been dismissed for default on 31.05.2024. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.

4. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
