ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner was running a cracker shop for the last several years. He was also having permanent license. However, following the inspection done by the third respondent, the license was cancelled. The petitioner filed appeal before the first respondent. The appeal was dismissed on 19.10.2020. Challenging the same, the present writ petition came to be filed. 3.The location of the shop was also found fault with. However, the prime reason appears to be regarding the exit route. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that after passing of the impugned order, the petitioner demolished the earlier structure and rebuilt a new structure. Now proper provision has been made for exit route also. Taking note of the same, the authority is said to have granted temporary license to the petitioner to run his cracker shop. Now the petitioner wants permanent license. 2/4

4.In view of the subsequent developments, there is no need to interfere with the impugned order. The petitioner is given liberty to apply for permanent license before the second respondent. As and when such an application is submitted, the second respondent will take note of the subsequent developments and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months after receipt of the application. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
