For 3rd Respondent : Mr.Rajarajan COMMON ORDER When the matter came up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the learned single Judge has already upheld the validity of Clause 6(2)(I) of the notification issued by the third respondent University in a batch of writ petitions which was also confirmed by the Division Bench in W.A(MD)No.501 of 2013, dated 07.02.2014.
2.In such view of the matter, the relief sought by the petitioners cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.20272 and 20273 of 2017 are closed.
