This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2016 and to select and give him appointment to the post of Village Administrative Officer based on the his seniority under MBC category against the vacancies available in MBC category either in Madurai District or in any other District with all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

attendant service benefits pursuant to the notification issued by the 2nd respondent vide notification No.7 of 2014 dated 17.03.2014 to fill up the post of Village Administrative Officers.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submitted that the representation dated 30.06.2016, submitted by the petitioner has already been disposed of by the 2nd respondent, against which, another writ petition has also been filed by the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and the same may be closed.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points available to him in the said writ petition. No costs.
