ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C. in Crime No.269 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners received a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- from the defacto complainant by giving false promise that they would get a superior quality gold from the customs department. Hence, the complaint.

4.Taking note of the serious allegation made as against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
