Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAN KUMAR G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the 4th Respondent and of MR.R.GANDHI, Senior Counsel for Respondents 1 to 3, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 3 vide order in 8927 of 2022, dated 18.05.2023 on the file of this Court.

2.This petition is filed on the ground that the respondents 1 to 3 were failed to return the jewels as agreed by them. While pending this petition, the matter was referred before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, for amicable settlement. According to the first respondent, he returned the jewels of the petitioner and she is refused to receive the same. Therefore, the petitioner failed to make out a case to 2/4

cancel the anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
