ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter S.Praiselin Segina D/o.Selven 16 years old before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.
2.Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the respondent police have produced the detenue, namely, Praiselin Segina. She has stated that due to some commotion in the family, she developed some hatred with the parents including the petitioner/mother and with the result, she left the parental home and stayed in a temple for some days and thereafter, stayed at her friend's house. Now she returned back and she realised her mistake and wants to go with the petitioner, ie., her mother. The said statement is recorded.

3. Accordingly, she is permitted to go with the petitioner herein and the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
