ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.220 of 2008 in O.S.No.134 of 1984 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.06.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli. He has sent a report dated 15.06.2026 stating that he will dispose of I.A.No.220 of 2008 in O.S.No.134 of 1984 within a period of three (3) months. Consequently, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli is requested to dispose of I.A.No.220 2/4

of 2008 in O.S.No.134 of 1984 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
