Respondents PRAYER: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to accord permission to the Village Cultural Programme to be held on 15.07.2019 at about 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m to be conducted at the Arulmighu Muthunatchiamman Temple festival in Mahaligoundanpatti, V.Edayapatti Village, Kovilpatti Post, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2019.
