ORDER

Seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct further investigation and include all the offences as mentioned in the complaint in Crime No.170 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent, this petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that because of continuous torture made by the husband and father-in-law the deceased has committed suicide.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation it was found that there was no abetment of suicide either on the issue of demand of dowry or some other issue. Because of the land transaction issue between the close relative of family members 2/4

she committed suicide.

4. Because of the above said submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct proper investigation in an appropriate manner by issuing notice to the parties concerned.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
