ORDER

The petitioner has invoked 77A of the Registration Act, 1908 for cancelling the petition mentioned document. The Hon'ble Division Bench is seized of the reference. Based on the judgment to be rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the first respondent will take a call in the matter. Till then, the first respondent shall keep the petitioner's complaint pending.

2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
