O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent against this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.26 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared, also stated that inspite of the property issue, Suit in O.S.No.607 of 2022 has been filed, which is pending before the I Additional District Court, Madurai, they will not make trouble to each other and will abide the result of the above said civil suit.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that whatever it may be, the civil suit is pending between the fourth respondent and the petitioner's mother, in which, this petitioner is no way connected.

4. Since the civil Suit in O.S.No.607 of 2022 is pending between the parties, the above said complaint shall be closed. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
