ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.05.2023 any other investigation agency.

2. Originally complaint was given by the petitioner in the month of May 2023. On the basis of the undertaking given by the parties concerned, the above said complaint was closed.

3. The grievance is that the above said undertaking was not complied by the private respondents, so, another complaint was given by him, which is now kept pending. Hence, there is no transfer of investigation. Let the above said enquiry be completed by the respondents police within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of appearance of the parties.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
