Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.06.2024.

ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the third respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner and the fifth respondent are husband and wife and due to family dispute, the fifth respondent lodged a complaint. Based on the same, an enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.255 of 2024 on 23.06.2024 and the same is pending. 3.Considering the nature of the complaint and an enquiry is also pending on the file of the third respondent, this Court directs the 2/4

petitioner to co-operate for the enquiry and the third respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry by referring the case to the Social Welfare Officer and shall find a solution between the parties. The third respondent shall not harass the petitioner during the process of the enquiry.
