This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to provide Police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family from the fourth respondent and his family members. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 15.07.2022.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is constrained to pass a direction to the third respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner herein dated 15.07.2022 and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
