Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order to condone the delay of 341 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.13348/- in the above C.M.A.(MD).SR.No.55328 of 2023 and thus render justice. PRAYER in CMA(MD)SR.No.55328 of 2023:

To set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 30.06.2022 passed in MCOP No.129/2019 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal(Additional District Court(FTC) Tenkasi.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Aid Services Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
