This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents to conduct survey the land of the petitioner at Survey No. 25/9A at Vedasandur Village, Vedasandur Taluk in Dindigul District. The petitioner had paid necessary charges on 24.02.2023. 2.It is claimed by the petitioner that he had purchased the land by a registered sale deed, dated 25.08.1986. He had taken a decision to fence the land, after demarcating the boundaries.
3.A direction is given to the respondents to examine the sale deed, by which, the petitioner had purchased the land and if there are no objection, proceed further to survey the land. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
