(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Sajitha, wife of Rathinamani, aged about 31 years before this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Jebastin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the detenue has returned back and therefore, he is not pressing this Habeas Corpus Petition.
