ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 14.06.2024 in E.P.No.18 of 2020 in O.S.No. 429 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai and to set aside the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the execution proceedings in E.P.No.18 of 2020. It is terminated. Hence the matter has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
