ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 263 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent to second respondent or to any other specialized agency.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in the afore said crime, which was registered on his complaint dated 09.08.2023. However, claiming that there is no progress in the investigation, seeking transfer of investigation, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Tenkasi, in S.C.No.319 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, by filing a 2/4

petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., / 193

(9) BNSS, 2023, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed.
