ORDER
The petitioner got married to the respondent on 01.01.1999. Two children were born through the wedlock. The relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. The respondent filed I.D.O.P.No.80 of 2018 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Dindigul. The petitioner is based in Kanyakumari. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over to Dindigul and contest the proceedings there. 2.Since, the petitioner is a woman, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws I.D.O.P.No.80 of 2018 from the file of the District and Sessions Court, Dindigul and transfers the same to the file of Family Court, Nagercoil. 3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
