ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in No.2793/A2/2016, dated 11.10.2017.

Court to withdraw the writ petition, with a liberty to file an appeal before the first respondent. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Admittedly, against the order passed by the District Registrar/second respondent herein, an appeal remedy is provided before the Inspector General of Registration/first respondent herein. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
