ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direciton to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.67 of 2015 and to complete the investigation within reasonable time. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case has been registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471, and 120(b) I.P.C. He further submitted that there are totally nine accused persons involved in this case out of which, seven accused persons have obtained anticipatory bail. However, he would submit that they have not surrendered before the court even after obtaining anticipatory bail.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the occurrence took place in the year 2015 and the petitioner is a Class II legal heir of the deceased person and the respondent police have not taken any steps to proceed further in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, liberty is given to the petitioner as well as the respondent police to file an appropriate application for cancellation of bail granted in respect of the 7 accused persons, who obtained anticipatory bail and thereafter, did not surrender before the court. This case was registered in the year 2015. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The petitioner is also directed to furnish all the records available with him for taking appropriate action against the accused person. Since the petitioner claims to be a Class II legal heir of the deceased, he is hereby directed to produce the documents available with him. However, the respondent police shall not insist for the legal heir certificate for this purpose. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
