ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.27 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) would submit that the respondent police have already filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy on 30.05.2018 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised in accordance with law and raise all the contentions before the court below.

4.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy is directed to take on file the final report filed by the respondent police and deal with the same as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
