Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue a copy of the appointment order passed by him in appointing the third respondent for the post of Anganwadi Worker, (mq;fd ;tho gzpahsh;) Mudivathanendhal, Tuticorin District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 07.11.2017 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, for Mr.M.Alaguthevan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Considering the nature of the relief sought for in this writ petition notice to the respondents stands dispensed with. The petitioner was one of the candidates who applied for the post of Anganwadi Worker, Mudivathanendhal, Tuticorin District. But the third respondent was appointed to that post. The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of the third respondent. However to challenge the said appointment, the petitioner requires the certified copy of the order of the appointment of the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and sought issuance of the said copy. The same has not yet been been complied with. There is absolutely no justification on the part of the second respondent in not issuing a copy of the said appointment order.

4.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to issue copy of the appointment order passed by him in respect of the third respondent for the said post forthwith.

5.In view of the above direction, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
