ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered against this petitioner so far. He further submitted that it is property dispute between the defacto complainant and the petitioner herein.

2.Since no case has been registered against these petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises in future.
