Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue permanent seniority list of the petitioners in the post of Rural Welfare Officer Grade 1 for the year 2017 in furtherance too the temporary seniority list published on 14.02.2017 by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 25.07.2017 and 24.08.2017.

Heard Mr.Gnanagurunathan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2.The writ petitioners are working as Rural Welfare Officers Grade-I in Pudukottai District. The temporary seniority list in respect of the said post was published on 14.02.2017. All that the writ petitioners want now is the publication of the final seniority list. Notice was ordered in the writ petition to enable the respondents to make clear their stand.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the final seniority list would be published within four weeks from today.

4. Recording the said submission this writ petition stands allowed. No Costs.
