This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint given by the fourth respondent now has been transferred to the third respondent and the third respondent is harassing the petitioner and interfering with the civil dispute, which involves money transaction between the parties. Similarly, in respect of the land dispute suit in O.S.No.199 of 2020 has been filed by the fourth respondent before the Sub Court, Pudukottai. Even during the pendency of the above said suit, a complaint has been given, based upon which, harassment has been made. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken by the third respondent and finding that civil suit is also pending before the Sub Court, Pudukottai in O.S.No.199 of 2020, the parties were advised to work out their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.12823 of 2021 remedy before the pending proceedings. By giving such advice, the complaint given by the fourth respondent came to be closed. 4.Since the complaint has been closed after enquiry by advising the parties to work out their remedy in the pending civil proceedings, nothing survives for further direction. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
