ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2016 and permit the petitioner to conduct Cricket Matches scheduled to be held on 30.07.2016, 31.07.2016, 06.08.2016 07.08.2016, 13.08.2016 and 14.08.2016 at 8.00 am. to 6.00 pm., at Iluppakulam Sonaia Temple Ground, Iluppakulm, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

respondent on 15.07.2016 to get permission and protection to conduct Cricket matches, but the same was not considered by the respondent so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that appropriate conditions have to be imposed while granting permission.

6.Under such circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2016 and to impose appropriate conditions while granting permission. 7.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No cots.
