ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct to expedite the trial in C.C.No.448 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the Crime is of the year 2019, C.C is of the year 2020 and so far, the above said trial process has not been completed.

3. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to complete the trial process in C.C.No.448 of 2020 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
