ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose and pass final order in the appeal in Na.Ka.No.2284/Vu/2023, dated 30.03.2023, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has submitted an appeal before the respondents, and the same has been pending for a period of two years. 3.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the appeal and pass orders as per law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
