Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.820/2017/Sa.Pa.1 dated 28.11.2017 and quash the same as it is illegal as injustice.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued on 28.11.2017 by the third respondent under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 in which the petitioners were directed to give their objections within 15 days from the date of receipt of the impugned order. 2.According to the petitioners, they received the notice only on 20.12.2017.

3.In the above circumstances, the petitioners are directed to give a reply to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receiving the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and after affording opportunity to the petitioners, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
