Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was working as Special Grade Tradesman in the respondent corporation. He retired from service on 30.04.2023. He seeks disbursement of his terminal benefits. The petitioner's wife is said to be suffering from cancer. The respondents are directed to settle the petitioner's retirement benefits as expeditiously as possible in any event within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
