This Court has carefully perused the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition filed to modify the order dated 10.03.2026 passed by this Court.

2. The petitioners herein/the respondents 2 to 4 in the main writ petition seek modification of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed by this Court on the ground that the first petitioner herein has assumed the charge as the Secretary in the School in question recently and therefore he is not liable to pay subsistence allowance for the previous period.

3. The fact remains that the writ petitioner was placed under suspension by the first petitioner herein. Admittedly, the first petitioner is now holding the post of Secretary of the school concerned. Therefore, mere fact that somebody else was manning the said post cannot be a reason for seeking modification of the order passed by this Court.
