ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that even though direction was given to the District Collector, it is the 4th respondent who is the appropriate authority and upon direction by the 4th respondent, has conducted an enquiry, the petitioner also participated in the enquiry and final orders have been passed on 19/6/2026. In view thereof, a copy of the same is also produced herewith.

2.In view thereof, the contempt petition stands closed. However, giving liberty to any party who is aggrieved of the order to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 22.06.2026 NCC:Yes/No Ns To The Sub Registrar, O/o.The Sub Registrar, Melapalayam, Tirunelveli City.
