Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in due compliance with the order of this Court dated 21.11.2025, a Review Petition along with a petition to condone the delay has been filed, and that W.M.P.(MD)No.17429 of 2025 has been taken on file and is presently under consideration by this Court, the time sought for is granted as a final opportunity and is extended by a further period of three months. 2.It is for the petitioner to diligently pursue the remedy available in law. 3.Since the recovery proceedings have already been stayed, no further extension of time shall be granted under any circumstances.
