ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to return the two wheeler belonging to the petitioner.
2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the respondent police already issued a summon to the petitioner on 23.09.2018, bringing to the notice to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that a case has been registered against him in C.S.R.No.592 of 2018 on 30.08.2018 and the petitioner was directed to be present before the respondent police with all the relevant documents. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that the petitioner refused to receive the summon and therefore, the summon was affixed in the door of the property belonging to the petitioner.
3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent with all the relevant records and the third respondent is directed to scrutinize the documents and release the vehicle after completion of all the formalities, immediately.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
