Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 9 to conduct enquiry based on my representation dated 13.03.2019 and 09.04.2019 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 9 to conduct enquiry based on the representation dated 13.03.2019 and 09.04.2019 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner has sent representation 13.03.2019 stating that due to election motive one Mookan, S/o. Palani has frequently assaulted the family members of the petitioner and thereby so many complaints were given against him. While the facts are being so, they 3/7
never permitted the petitioner and his wife from entering into the village. Thereafter they damaged the house of the petitioner and killed the goats the same was complained before the Sub Inspector of Police, Gopinath but no action was taken. Per contra the nineth respondent herein threatened the petitioner. On 18.03.2019 the son of the petitioner gave a representation before the official respondents. Thereafter the petitioner on 09.04.2019 sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 8 but there is no action, at the same time the Sub Inspector of Police, Maninaram threatened the petitioner to get back the complaint given by the petitioner against the Ravi, but the petitioned denied to do the same. Hence he has filed the present petition to consider the representation dated 09.04.2019
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents represented that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was closed.
4. At this juncture the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the closure report was not served on him. Today the closure report was also served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Since already the matter was enquired by the police and closed, it is for the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved by the said closure report and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
