ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to execute the warrant dated 07.03.2017 issued by the Family Court, Dindigul. 2.This Court made an attempt to see, if the the husband is willing to settle the maintenance amount due and payable to the petitioner. However, in spite of several opportunities given, the husband is not willing to settle the maintenance amount in favour of the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, this Court is left with no other alternate option, except to direct the respondent Police to execute the warrant issued by the Family Court, Dindigul against the husband. Such an exercise shall be completed by the second respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
